Ok, people. It takes a lot to impress me enough to leave a review. Good or bad. Mr. Medlen was awesome in every aspect you can imagine! He was very nice & respectful! I scheduled a tow & he was early. That never happens! I explained what I was going through & he was very sympathetic. I told him how narrow my driveway was & he said it shouldn't be a problem & he was right! It doesn't even look like he was there! Thank yous so much Mr. Medlen for helping alleve a headache! Everyone should use him!

Got a tow, and the driver was not only friendly, but also fast and efficient. They helped me out and I can't thank them enough, just a wonderful company!

My car was totalled sitting in front of my house I was not in it.  They towed it away to Parma Towing. I had lost my grandfathers Turquoise Eagle Ring in  hole in the middle console of my car.  When I went to Parma towing a gentleman name Junior was able to take the console apart and recover my heirloom ring. I can't thank Junior enough you are a gentleman and a kind soul. Bless you Junior and Parma towing. These people are real Americans that care about people.  I am so grateful and humbled. 🙏

We've worked with them a couple of times and both times they've been fantastic. Allen was great, he actually pointed out an issue with our vehicle that we hadn't noticed so we were able to get it addressed at the mechanic. Would definitely recommend Parma towing

Thank you Kevin! Your help was greatly appreciated both days we needed the truck towed. You were also concerned about my safety being 20° outside. Again thank you!
